Binding registration
There is no refund of the participation fee if you are unable to attend. This also applies to absence caused by illness or injury.

Storage of personal data
To complete registration, deliver result lists and provide the best possible service to our participants, we need to store selected personal information in our database. These details appear in the registration form for the event.

Liability
Participants confirm that they do not have health issues that could make participation dangerous. The organizer is not responsible for injuries, illnesses, or accidents that may occur during the run. All participation is at your own risk.

Force majeure
The organizer may cancel the event on short notice due to force majeure. In such cases, the participation fee will not be refunded. Any remaining funds after expenses will be donated to charity.
